We all know how to eat healthy. I mean, it's not like we actually think that the chocolate brownie or the candy bar we're eating are really "healthy" choices.
But for some reason we can't seem to do the right thing at the right time. It's always too easy and too tempting to eat the wrong thing, to skip the workout, to make an excuse.
Perhaps we just have to forget the excuses.
I don't know if it'll ever become natural for me to eat healthy. I don't know if I'll ever begin to like salads more than I like pizza and tacos.
But, I'm certainly going to try.
